Richard Singer

Quality Manager/Chief Inspector

Richard Singer joined Hale Aircraft Inc. in 2024 as the Quality Manager/Chief Inspector, bringing with him 30 years of aviation expertise. His career began in the U.S. Air Force as a C-130 Crew Chief, where he developed a strong foundation in aircraft maintenance and operations. After his military service, he spent 15 years at Northrop Grumman, starting as a sheet metal mechanic and working his way into management. During his time there, he worked on fighter aircraft, unmanned drones, experimental supersonic aircraft, and led modifications and upgrades for various military airframes. In 2013, he transitioned to Boeing, where he played a key role in upgrading and modifying military fighter aircraft in the Middle East. His expertise then led him to an 8-year tenure as a Field Service Engineer, supporting operations in Saudi Arabia and Japan. With a wealth of experience in aircraft maintenance, modifications, and quality assurance, he is a valuable asset to the Hale Aircraft team, ensuring excellence in every project.

Kristi McCarty

Office and HR Manager

Kristi McCarty joined Hale Aircraft in 2012 as the Records, Research, and Document Specialist and transitioned to her current role as Office & HR Manager in 2017. With over 20 years of management experience spanning office administration, business operations, and finance, as well as extensive expertise in human resources, Kristi brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her work. Outside of work, Kristi is an avid traveler, always seeking new experiences and adventures. She cherishes time with her husband, their two grown daughters, and their five grandchildren, as well as with extended family and friends. Kristi’s dedication to her work, her love for exploration, and her deep-rooted family values make her an integral part of the Hale Aircraft team.

Troy Tew

Logistics and Parts Manager

Troy has been with Hale Aircraft, Inc. since April 2021 and brings over 30 years of experience in aerospace parts and logistics. He began his career in parts distribution, where he managed which included managing an AOG team providing 24/7 customer support. He later transitioned into aerospace manufacturing, focusing on production planning and procurement. Troy’s hands-on approach and commitment to service have made him a trusted resource for both our engine and outside customers looking for part support.

Dave has been with Hale Aircraft, Inc. since October 2022. He brings many years of experience in the aviation industry, having worked as a lead mechanic and/or consultant with several prominent airlines and other companies. His experience spans a variety of engine models, including but not limited to: • CF680/CFM56 • JT8D219 • JT15D • RB715’s Dave has proven to be a valuable asset to the Hale Aircraft family due to his strong work ethic, values, knowledge, and structured approach. In his personal time, Dave is a married father of three children whom he enjoys spending time with. He also has hobbies that include running, hunting, and reading.
